SCHOOL FEE / RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Fee to be paid at the time of Admission include:
1.  Tution fees "shall be payable on monthly basis, in advance for all tiers".
2.  Admission and annual charges have been exempted by PSRA, therefore not implied.
3.  A yearly increase of 10% according to PSRA will be applied.
4.  Third party and service charges are separate and non-refundable.
New Admission will be charged a 2 months fee in advance.
Tuition fee is charged for the full year or 12 calendar months.
Parents/ Guardians defaulting on fees payment run the risk of making their children/wards liable to being struck off the school roll.
Students who have appeared in final exams will have to pay full fees for the academic year.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES
The students failing to pay monthly fee after expiry of "Due/ Validity Date" are issued periodic reminders and ultimately the Final Reminder, after which a student's name is struck off the school's roll.
Rs. 20/- per day is charged after the expiration of due date till the validity date. Rs. 200/- is charged for issuance of new fee bill after the expiration of the "validity date" plus the late payment charges.

GGSS FEE BILL:

Issuance
Fee bills are issued latest by 25th of each month, prior to the billing month and sent home through students.

Method of Payment:
All dues are paid directly to GGSS School specified branch of a local bank. The payment 'due date' and the fee bill 'validity date' is marked on the 'Fee Bill', and late-fee is collected by the bank at the time of payment.

Due Date:
Tuition and Fee Bills are normally issued with a 'Due Date' of 10 days. After the expiry of "Due Date" the fee bill can be deposited with the late fee fine which is charged on a daily basis, till the expiry of 'Validity Date' which is normally 15 days from the expiry of the 'Due Date' .

Issuance of New Fee Bill:
After the expiry of the 'Validity Date' the fee bill shall not be accepted at the local branch of the bank. The new fee bill will only be issued with an additional fine of Rs. 200/- per Fee Bill plus the late payment charges incurred till that date.

SIBLING DISCOUNT:
Sibling discount is applicable to the third child seeking admission in the same school as his siblings.

WITHDRAWALS:
Parents wishing to withdraw their children from a branch are required to fill in the student withdrawal forms.
These forms have to be submitted before the 5th of each month.
Student applying for school leaving certificate before 5th of the month will pay till current month and applying after the 5th shall pay for next month as well.
